The sheep graze on Finca Cantagallos, in the heart of the natural region of Calatrava, a region which is known for its high natural value. The objective is to obtain a high quality cheese combining a good raw material with the best cheese processing systems.

The sheep have for their feeding 700 hectares of natural meadows and permanent pastures of great nutritional value with an extensive system of exploitation and always looking for “Sheep comfort“.
