The olives are located in the first foothills of the Toledo`s hill an area with a long tradition in the cultivation of olea europaea. The predominant varieties are the Cornicabra, Picual, Hojiblanca and Arbequina.
The 250 hectares of olive trees were planted by our ancestors at the end of the 19th century and are maintained with innovative methods of zero tillage and permanent plant cover.
Today the extra virgin olive oil is part of the Mediterranean diet declared by UNESCO world heritage for its innumerable health benefits.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil extracted only by olive juice and mechanical processes. Algod Oro is a blend of varieties: Picual, Arbequina, Cornicabra and Hojiblanca. Oil from centuries-old olive trees with more than 300 years old.
